Virtual tour available upon request.
Available for the first time in decades, this fabulous SE corner junior 4 unique terrace apartment (easily converted to a true two bedroom) and two exposures in one of the most vibrant UWS neighborhoods is waiting for its new owner. Bring your vision to the space, it could be YOU!
Upon walking into the apartment foyer, you'll be struck by the bright and oversized living/dining area, with its tranquil view including trees, a church, and expanse of windows which also looks out to the private terrace. The dining room can be easily converted to a second bedroom and is adjacent to the windowed kitchen, which has its own separate entrance. The large private terrace, where you can take in the wonderful view will accommodate outdoor living quite comfortably. The large bathroom is flexible to accommodate storage options and is on the way to the primary bedroom "wing", which includes two walk-in closets and oversized bedroom.
Meticulously cleaned, freshly painted, your choice to either do a little update and move in, or just fully make it your own. And given the layout and size, the space can be easily converted to a two-bedroom apartment which makes this unit an INCREDIBLE VALUE. With a total of five closets (two walk in), there is NO issue with storage. Finally, the apartment is freshly painted - and very inviting for its next owner to put their own "thumbprint" on the space. Staged photos will help you visualize this! The apartment is being offered as-is.
The apartment sits within Lincoln Terrace, a well-cared for building with a 24-hour doorman, garage in the building, laundry facilities, package room, and storage room. There is also a gym, bicycle room and playroom located on the main level. Steps from major transportation and amenities, and for outdoor enthusiasts (to complement your private terrace living); Central Park & Riverside Park. This building is pet friendly and has a 2% Buyers Flip Tax.

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt is truly a gem of the school. Small, academically superb and welcoming. It’s the closest your child will get to private like education without writing a 50-70k check each year. But make sure they love music. Truly into it. What separates this school from other performing art schools, in my opinion, is pre conservatory level approach to music. The dedication is seen and heard all through the school’s hallways.Parent Review1y ago - Ps 452

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child attended PS452 as a 5th grader this year. Coming from abroad and not speaking a word of English, he was warmly welcomed by the kids, staff, and teachers. He felt included from the first day, received amazing support from everyone throughout the year, started speaking English after one month only and was totally fluent by the end of the year. He made friends for life and loved going to this school. The PTA is excellent, the teachers are very engaged, the communication with the teachers and staff was always fluid, constructive and helpful. As everywhere, problems can happen, but they were always immediately addressed and transparently discussed with the parents. This school does a fantastic job proving that diversity is the way to go and gave us the best possible experience of the welcoming, open minded, diverse spirit of New York City.Parent Review10mo ago - Check out schools near 165 W 66th St #2W.
