Renovated kitchen includes gas range, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Island sink, ample cabinet space and room for a small table complete the kitchen area. Door in kitchen leads out onto a patio overlooking D Street. Stairs in living room lead up to top floor. Two master suites make up the top floor. First bedroom (16x14) includes his and her closets along with a full bath with shower only. Second bedroom (14x12) has a full bath with both shower and separate tub along with a large walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have hardwood floors. Washer/dryer stack unit located in hall closet.

Tenant pays all utilities. Street parking only. Pets on a case by case basis.12 month minimum lease required, but longer terms encouraged!
