About this House

Detailed and meticulous craftsmanship went into this house. From the hand carved crown molding to the use of thick premium heartwood with no knots in all the doors and floors, this house showed the care and love that went into its creation. The first floor is surrounded by white stucco and pastel shaded stone. The large walkup attic will eventually be converted into a large master suite. There's a well equipped workshop, electrical room, and laundry room in the basement. The detached 3 car garage has a large upstairs loft used as a photo studio, extra storage/furnace room, and its own forced air oil heat. The garage is wired with separate electricity from the house and has 240v outlets for Welding use. The garage also has pvc air compressor pipes throughout and has attachments for both a fixed Air Compressor and a failover portable Air Compressor. There's also a charming building in the backyard that used to be a one room realty office with its own street number and looks like a mini-house. This will be renovated as a large playhouse for children. Outdoor water is provided by an irrigation well with a modern farm-grade electronic pump system while indoor water is provided by city water. We've updated the home with a full FIOS setup, wireless security cameras, and keypad electronic locks that can be controlled via iphone/web.
