Quiet complex on Palm Lane with many long term renters - we are looking for a new neighbor! Kitchen has decent amount of cabinets and is furnished with a stove and fridge. This unit has newer AC/heat, new water heater, tub/shower combo, patio, and views the large backyard. Fenced and gated for extra security. Security Cameras in public spaces. Off street parking lot. Location is great - near Phoenix Children's Hospital. Walk to Ceilo Rojo, Ollie Vaughns, Arizona Wilderness, Honeycomb Coffee and Casa Corazon.

Rent is $875 and includes water, sewer, and trash. Tenant pays electric and internet/cable. Skip all the high application and administrative fees - our fee is only $40. Credit must be 550 or higher. $875 deposit for credit over 650, a higher deposit may be required for credit between 550-649. Income must be 3 times the rent. 1 pet will be considered - $200 pet deposit - NO PET RENT. Dogs must be pre-approved by landlord before being brought on the property. We are VERY strict about picking up after your dog and barking issues. Dogs cannot be left in yard unattended. No indoor outdoor cats allowed - only indoor. Coin Laundry on site. 1 year lease preferred.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
