People are buying up and remodeling houses on almost every block. Close to shopping, freeways, beaches, malls, stores. "It is evident in many parts of the town that the inhabitants have various substance abuse issues. I personally would walk anywhere in the neighborhood with my children but also be sure that I am educating them about how to be a responsible young adults."
