This bright and whimsical wood frame house is on a quiet cul-de-sac off Dauphin Island Parkway on the way to the island between Dog River and Robinson Bayou. The cottage can be pet friendly, with a deposit.
There's a queen bed in the spacious master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom that has plenty of extra space for personal belongings.
There's a full bath with a full size tub and shower combo.
 The eat-in kitchen is full of natural light and counter space with lots of cabinets! Easy to enjoy while cooking!
Thd kitchen is also fully equipped with all (electric) major appliances, as well as being fully stocked with full sets of dinner wear, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, cups and glasses.
The utility room has a full size washer and dryer and plenty more room for storage!
The yard is private and partially fenced.
The max amount of tenants allowed is four. This home is NOT child proof , and more suitable as a short-term rental situation for travelers or contractors looking for an extended stay situation in the area for recreation or work who don't want to stay in a motel for months.
