This bright cottage is convenient to the Brookley International Airport and Airbus and a short drive to downtown Mobile and the local hospitals.
The cottage is nestled between Dog River and Robinson Bayou on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Shopping, parks, and fishing are with-in walking distance. There is a beautiful cycling and jogging path that goes down the bay front of Mobile Bay, and a kayak launch in the neighborhood that takes you out to Dog River.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed.
The guest bedroom has twin bunks and an added single bed (not shown) .
The eat-in Kitchen has all electric appliances and a full size W/D set.
The living room is spacious with plenty of sitting room and a big tv.
The bathroom shower is a walk-in open concept waterfall with a river rock floor. There's a water closet across the hall with a toilet and sink.
The private backyard has an inviting patio area with furniture covered by a pergola. Perfect for cookouts and entertaining company.
Pets are allowed with a deposit.

This house isn't child proof and might be better suited for contractors/crews or travelers looking for an extended stay situation that don't want to stay months in a motel.
