About this House

Great home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a basement and garage - and you can get a great deal on Rent to Own if you're willing to do the misc cleaning stuff yourself.

Home is $1,300 down then rent is $595 every 2 weeks. You pay the $1,300 down when we sign paperwork. Then you pay 2 rent payments (1st & last) when you're ready to get keys and move in.

Rent to Own is a program we offer to help folks that want to own a home, but aren't ready to get a traditional bank loan yet (credit problems, divorce, self-employment - whatever!) With Rent to Own the house is tied up for you while you're renting it so you have time to get things in order to get a bank loan later.

RTO is normally $3,500 down but the owners are offering the special lower down for someone who wants to take the home as-is and do the cleaning and misc fix up yourself to save some money. Pets are fine.

    "North Linden has historically been a working class neighborhood, and it's now up and coming. A lot of young families have moved to NorLin recently & houses are quickly being renovated and sold. We also have several urban farms & Florin Coffee recently opened in the neighborhood. There is crime, mostly south and east of us, but the pocket around Oakland Nursery is safe & quiet. Neighbors keep an eye out for each other. It's a great neighborhood for walking your dog & for kids to play. NorLin is still affordable, many homes have huge yards, and it's central to everything in Columbus."

If you mind your own business and take the necessary steps to protect yourself , your children and pets, I'd say you wouldn't have a problem living here."
