Looking for a short term person to rent this very quaint 1 bedroom dwelling within the city limits of Flagstaff on secluded street, near historic Route 66. It backs up against the forest where foot/bike trails and wildlife abound.
Has a full kitchen very fast Wi-Fi and a covered deck on the back overlooking the street. Washer and dryer in the house with on demand water heater.
It is only 2 miles from downtown and FMC is 3 miles and if you take the Urban Trails by bike it is less. The driveway to the cabin is steep and AWD is recommended for the winter months .
I built it for my mother in law who lived there comfortably for 8 years, but couldn't take the altitude and moved back Louisiana .
Rented for 30 day periods landlord pays for utilities

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs someone who has been to a few schools in Flagstaff (BASIS, NPA to name a few) Coco has been far better. I haven't witnessed or experienced any bullying (not to say that it doesn't happen, but I personally haven't seen any). I feel much happier here than I did at BASIS or NPA. I also feel like I have more resources here. The teachers are pretty good so far, there's a few that I dislike but that was also evident at other schools. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSon has had the same teacher 2 years in a row and he's fallen behind with the same teacher. She is way to immature to be a teacher there, she has no control over her student's and constantly asking parents to control her class instead of her. Secondly, bullying just is allowed at the school, teachers just respond with I will take care of it but nothing happens.
