Sits on a quiet street, a quick walk away from the bustle of Quentin road, Nostrand and Kings Highway.
B2, BM4 (express to manhattan), B100, B44, B82 AND B7 Buses! go where you have to go while enjoying your car and proximity to marine park and the belt parkway/kings highway for accessible express roads.

street parking is relatively easy but the garage with a wide access driveway is dreamy! oh and Dishwasher and controled heating and cooling (gas heat + split ac systems). no alternative side parking.

why else is it special? landlord use to live here! so you can imagine, the quality is as lovely as he wouldve wanted it for his family. reach out to see in person. former owner actually also detailed this unit for himself, doing quality work thats hard to find anymore.

So i rolled the dice and bought . I spent 1/3 the price, have twice the amount of land, im close to the beach, the park is amazing, my kids play with the other kids on the block instead of video games in the living room, strangers walk past you and say hello... i could probably go on for ever. I dont mind the few extra stops to Manhattan when i see how my family is enjoying living here. Love it!!!"
