Community pool and tennis courts are available for your enjoyment. The room has its own private entrance through the garage, and you're welcome to use the garage game room complete with a pool table, mini fridge, and microwave.
Step outside to a large backyard filled with roses and fruit trees, with full access to the BBQ. The home has two sweet dogs who are primarily outdoors and have access to only one room in the house.

Month-to-month preferred; leases up to 9 months considered. Utility fee negotiable based on usage. This is a smoke-free home and garage smoking permitted outdoors only. Renters are expected to keep their room, bathroom, and any shared spaces clean and tidy. No overnight guests. Quiet hours observed from 10pm 6am.
