Enjoy commuity pool, tennis courts and an attached home gym. House is very clean and nicely decorated with large landscaped backyard full of fruit trees and roses - large deck and access to BBQ. You may also enjoy the game room with pool table, large mounted tv, refrigerator and microwave. Two loving and loveable dogs who stay enclosed in front room only.

Smoking permitted 10 feet away from house. Renter keeps private and shared spaces clean and tidy. No overnight guests. Lease is month to month.

Male engineer at Collins Aerospace, 6-4pm - gone weekends. Kind, polite, quiet & clean. Female student - personable, fun, sweet & clean. Shares master bath with owner. We all are respectful of one another and each other's private spaces.
