About this House

please read carefully: We are getting a lot of interest for this apartment. to make it easier for us to decide, please tell us all three of the following (1) your income source, (2) a little bit about yourself and your fellow residents, and (3) how long you plan to stay.

This property will always have a 1 year lease. after your 1st year lease ends, a new 1 year lease will be signed.

Monthly lease comes with offsite 3 car parking which is 7 houses down on the same street. About 2 minutes walk.

About the Unit: 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment. On site coin operated washer and dryer. Water paid for. Very large living room has two ceiling fans. Refrigerator and oven provided. Available on or after June 3 but dates may change.

The individual rooms are on the smaller size. You will not be able to fit a king size bed in any of the rooms. one of the rooms will not fit a queen size bed either. but anything smaller will fit along with a desk.

About the Neighborhood: 5 minute walk to: the beach, multiple restaurants, and multiple coffee/tea shops. You will not find such a good deal so close to the beach.

Unit is close to public transport. For 2nd street, take bus 121, or 112; To Cal State Long Beach, take Bus 93. Do you work in downtown Los Angeles? Avoid the headache, and cost associated with driving. This unit is one minute walking distance to the Public Transport bus that takes you to the blue line - metro transit mall . To go to the Long Beach Transit Mall take bus # 121, or 21, or 111; At the Metro Transit Mall, take the Blue Line straight to downtown Los Angeles.

Combined Household income has to be at least $6,500/month. No eviction filings. No drug usage history. No pets. Outside/ backyard smoking only. No loud music/ instruments. Please carefully check you meet requirements. There is a $35 non refundable application fee to verify your information.
