About the Neighborhood: Five minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. We have a bike rack on the property. You will not find such a good deal so close to the beach. Two-minute walking distance to Public Transport (To downtown Long Beach and Long Beach Transit Mall take bus # 121, 21, 111 from downtown Long Beach you can take Blue Line metro to Downtown Los Angeles; To 2nd street, take bus 121, 112; To Cal State Long Beach, take bus 93). Plenty of restaurants, cafe's, coffee/tea shops within walking distance.

Combined Household income has to be at least $4,000/month. No eviction filings in background check. No pets. Outside/backyard smoking only. No loud music/ instruments. Please carefully check you meet requirements. There is a $35 non refundable application fee to verify your information that you will pay to a background check company. $1500 security deposit.
