About this House

We have a charming 1930's upper, rear one bedroom with most of its vintage charm intact. The unit is under 500 sf but with a very smart layout. There is a built in desk, bookcase and hutch along with a walk in closet with built in dresser. The kitchen has good storage and comes with a stove and fridge. The location is only 5 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to Retro Row with all of its shops and cafes. There is a Laundromat next door and the bus bench is 2 doors down. There is the possibility for a parking spot for extra $$. So for less than the price of most studios you have a real 1 bedroom. We do not take Sec 8 or pets and do check all references and run a credit check. PLEASE do leave a call back number when inquirying.
