The kitchen area has refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Additional features include a fireplace, balcony, linen and storage closets. Owner pays water and there is on-site laundry. Two spaces parking spaces are included with this rental based on double occupancy. Unit is being remodeled with new carpet and fresh paint but available to see during this process. Security deposit is $1250.00 and there is a $25.00 credit check fee per adult applying. Currently not accepting Section 8 or pets allowed. Non-smoking building. Please call the office Monday through Friday 9:30-5:30, closed for lunch between 12:30-1:00 Monday through Friday. Saturdays 10:00 am - 12:30 pm. Keys can be checked out at 3634 E. 4th Street in Long Beach until 4:45 Monday through Friday and Saturday from 10-12:30.
