About this House

We are offering a huge, over 1000 sf upper unit apartment in a 1930's Spanish style building. It is located 2 blocks from Retro Row with all of its shops, cafes, Art Theater and Pike Bar and 5 blocks to the beach. This apartment has most of its vintage charm intact including original wood work, tile , sconces, and mock fireplace. There is also a wonderful huge Spanish arch between the Living Room and Dining Room. It has a small bonus room over the stairwell that has 2 windows and a door, seen to the right of the big French closet door in one of the Living Room pictures. It would be perfect for a "lil home office. There is a ton of storage with a huge walk in closet in the hall and another large closet in the bedroom with a built in dresser. The unit comes with a fridge and a vintage gas stove. There are 6 units total on the property and there is a shared yard with a patio set to use. Also included is a one car garage with remote, so important that close to the beach. The unit is newly painted with a new retro black and white linoleum kitchen floor and black quartz kitchen counter. There is also a handy buffet in the Breakfast Nook that can stay. The hardwood floors have been redone throughout the entire unit. There is a Laundromat next door and a bus bench 2 doors down that will take you almost anywhere in the city and to the lines further out. No pets or smoking allowed and you need very good credit. We do all checks, employment, credit, pay stubs, prior landlords, etc. PLEASE leave a phone # when inquiring, no texting and its available the last week of September.

This is for an 11 month lease, not 12 as the site says. it is also located in Alamitos Height, not downtown. Alamitos Heights is located between Downtown and Belmont Shores. Tenant pays all utilities except water and sewer. No pets and no smoking.
