About this House

Hi, This is a nicely updated one bedroom apartment with high ceilings and lots of natural lighting. Only a short walk from downtown Delaware, this unit features a renovated shower and bathroom, tiled back-splash, new cabinetry, butcher block counter tops, gas range and a walk-in closet. While there is a forced air gas furnace there no central AC. The unit is cooled by a window AC unit. There are hookups, for washer and dryer.
