    "there is crime and gunshots but mostly happen at night. be alert if you're walking down busy streets. because of gentrification it is getting a bit better and there are pockets where you can feel safe while walking.. all in all if you are out at night just be mindful and street wise.. there are drug addicts and drunks that walk the streets at night.. it is very trashy and there are drug rehabilitation centers in the area.. There has never been a re-sale. There has never been a crime report. Also, we may be the only neighborhood in the area that did not flood during Harvey. "
