Valley Oaks Elementary School

As someone who went there and sent my son there i cant express how much we love this school. I purposely didn't move because our kids really enjoy this school and the staff. The teachers a re really engaging with the kids and build a relationship with them. They've helped my son in so many ways, from helping him understand why he struggles with reading to the process to take in and out of school. I always recommend this school to anyone who is questioning where to send their kids.

No, no and no. Accepts all, doesn’t deal with behaviors, middle school gives grades and admin overlooks it to make parents happy. Mean kids are allowed to be mean, kids being accepted with all kinds of issues and teachers don’t challenge those that can excel. Lower school teachers give double recess so they don’t have to teach. Many teachers are there just to collect a paycheck. They pass on kids to the next grade without telling parents there are academic or social issues. It’s a total mess, steer clear.

St. Mark Lutheran School in Houston has been a tremendous experience for our family. The school provides strong student engagement, a solid academic foundation, and a well-developed athletics program. What stands out most is the emphasis on spiritual growth and character, which is woven into the daily experience. The school continues to make thoughtful improvements in extracurricular offerings, and the sense of community is exceptional. Family involvement is encouraged and genuinely valued, creating an environment that feels both supportive and connected. We’re grateful to be part of such a well-rounded and faith-centered school community.

When our son went there, he was emotionally tortured several days a week&several hours on those days his teacher turned him over to class bullies while she left the room leaving no adult supervision. He was once forced to eat pizza off the floor or go without. He would ask to go to the bathroom&the teacher would send a bully after him. He was assaulted in that bathroom frequently. Brother Jacobs frequently accused our son of disturbing class&made him sit in the office for hours missing class

Trinity is really helped prepare me for hard work. It promotes reading abilities from a young age. The teachers are loving, and actually want to spend time with their students. Trinity has been a great experience for me, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to enroll, and become a part of the family.
