3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchool this year is not started good. Children are kept outside that we do not feel safe. It is taking between 15 - 30 minutes to drop or pick up my kid. One lane was closed by the school and the public road was also blocked by cars. We are sending our kids to this school for 2 years, this is the first time we are feeling disturbed and worried. They do not consider about the parents time or kids safety. They make the walkers to stand in the sun close to the main road. Car riders were also made to sit outside the school. But they say kids safety as priority.Parent Review9mo ago3 Reviews - Urbana High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAlthough the school sometimes had problems with fights and other bad stuff, I think it is amazing! The music program is really good and lots of the teachers are good. I think that the people who want to learn have a great time here. It can be sometimes a bit chaotic but overall it is a very good school!Student Review3mo ago15 Reviews - Check out schools near 1609 E Ivanhoe #1.

"We have Occasional block parties, neighborhood holiday party, and we participate in the neighborhood watch group for our city. Each year the police send out a representative to meet with us and give us relevant tips for safety."

"Very simple. I walk and bike most places. The city needs an upgrade. Some areas have had attention. It feels like the city government should give incentive to people to clean up yards and refurbish houses. Painting programs and community garbage hauling days would be a good start. "
