Stonestreet has highly qualified teachers in all classrooms. They offer services such as ESL, ECE, Second Steps, and guidance counseling. After school programs include: academic team, chess club, journalism club, running club, volleyball, cheerleading, and basketball. Special area classes offered are art, music, technology, library, and compassionate school program. Stonestreet is focused on educating the whole child academically and socially.

I really like DHS, I've been a student there ever since my first year there. There are some pretty good teachers there and everything is great. They could definitely clean up better though and make the lunch schedules more fair. I've had third lunch and its packed, too many people. Many students end up having to throw away their lunch unless they have a teacher that lets them eat during class.

While I was in this school I’ve noticed that they’ve often babied or favored the bad kids who were always on suspension, giving them candy or talking to them with respect and then turn to the honor roll students and talk to them with just disrespect and like they’re stupid. Some of the teacher there actually love their job while most of the others clearly don’t. One teacher I had constantly made racist remarks to me and others, multiple teachers made students uncomfortable, and vice principals often yelling or cussing out kids. Just not a good school.
