The patterned tile floor in the bathroom compliments the custom tiled tub/shower. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Refrigerator with freezer, natural gas range and dish washer provided. Central AC and Heat. The stand alone duplex is not in a complex. The space feels like a small house with separate living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining areas. Some storage space in an attic.

Tenant establishes their own account with Austin Energy and pays their electricity bill. Tenant reimburses landlord for natural gas and water use bills.
