"I've lived here for four years and it's a great Central place to live. You can walk downtown, zilker and Soco. Reasonable prices too. Traffic on congress can be tight but its worth it if you live an active lifestyle. "

"In the middle of everything. Close to the airport. Close to the capitol, bars, restaurants, SXSW, ACL, parks, greenbelt, pools, gardens. Everything that makes Austin great is within 5 miles. "

"This neighborhood is in high demand, Located just across Lady Bird Lake from Downtown Austin. This section of the lake will soon be accessed by a new boardwalk that will keep the many runners, walkers and joggers off of busy E. Riverside Drive. The neighborhood is walkable with S. Congress Ave close by for shopping, dining and nightlife options. Easy access to I-35 to get into or out of town."

"Wonderful area close to downtown on high speed bus route. In the middle of SOCO with shops and restaurants just outside the door. Very close to Stacy Park. Area is safe and very walkable"

"Travis Heights is an adorable neighborhood -- very stroll-able and close proximity to Downtown and some of Austin's weirdest and nicest restaurants and bars. Travis Heights Elementary is a prime school and received a GreatSchools Rating of 5 out of 10. Mature trees everywhere. Some will find the neighborhood a bit eclectic. "
