This driveway has a long slope to the house. Landlord removes the majority of the snow. Continued improvements to exterior additional building structures are in the planning process. Exterior garage to be updated with a new roof ,siding, windows and doors in 2024.

Renter is responsible for all utilities (gas & electric (approx. 200.00/month), internet (if desired), cable (if desired), etc.). Renter is responsible for providing proof of their rental insurance for this rental. This home has well water and a septic system. Renter is responsible to replace the whole house filter as well as the refrigerator filter when needed. Water softener is on site. Renter is obligated to fill salt for utilizing the unit. Laundry hook-ups are available for use. Lease is based on annual rental. No smoking inside the home of any kind will be permitted. Open parking and use of a temporary car port shelter is available upon request. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn and minimal snow removal for their part of the shared driveway (Landlord to clear the majority). Required Fees: Move in fee: $750.00, Security Deposit of $2050.00, and 1st month's rent is due upon lease signing as well as a non-refundable pet deposit of $200.00 (if applicable). $50.00 per month is required for first pet and an additional $25.00 per month for each additional pet will be added will be added to monthly rental amount. Limit of 2 pets unless approved by landlord. All pet fees are non-refundable. This contract will adhere to Michigan Property Management Laws and will be enforced.

"There are some aggressive dogs on my street so I choose to walk my dog in the back of our home property. There are no sidewalks and cars travel fast so I worry about safety as well!!! "
