Includes washer and dryer on the second floor, gas stove and fireplace, nice front porch, 3 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 full baths, and a half bath on the first floor, 2 car garage attached to the house. The stairway up and the second floor is fully carpeted. Located on a nice shady block near Negley Elementary School.

I am a good and responsible landlord who wants a qualified responsible tenant with a good employment and leasing record with no evictions. A credit and background check is required for a non-refundable fee of $33.00. Monthly rent is $1700. The lease is a normal residential lease for one year with one month's rent as a deposit. Tenant pays for all utilities and I pay for all normal repairs of the house and appliances. Tenant performs all yard maintenance as required. Trimming of trees is on me. No smoking within the house or garage. A small dog is okay and a pet fee and deposit would be required. I can show the house beginning Saturday October 18th. Contact me for more information.
