Description

Beautiful 2 Level Town home with finished 3rd level basement. Walk out patio in back yard from basement level and Deck off Main Level. Beautiful view of trees in the back which leads to lake montclair about 300 feet from house. During the winter you can see through the tree's and see the lake, in the summer you can see it a little, but when the tree's get their leaves it makes it harder.

Kitchen/Dinning room and sunroom all have hardwood floors, real hardwood not that fake snap together floors. Rest of the townhome is carpeted.

Kitchen also has a little Island that two people can eat out, my wife and I have two bar stools and it is where we eat most of our meals. The kitchen then flows into a little nook that is big enough for a 54 inch circular dinning room table. The kitchen then flows into the 8 foot bump out sun room, this is where you find the door to lead to the deck. The townhouse has the 8 foot bump out on all foors.

On the main level there is a spot for a 1/2 bath that should have the hookups in the wall per previous owner, right now it is set up as a storage closet.

Master bedroom has Walk in closet and master bathroom with garden style bathtub and seperate shower.

The other two bedrooms, rather small, one 10x10 and the other 11x11 share a full bathroom upstairs, both rooms have built in closets.

Basement is as large as all the other floors, split up into three rooms, first room is laundry room/Storage that is 20x10 so plenty of room for storage. The next room is a half bathroom that you could easily knock out a wall and extend to add a bath tub. The rest of the basement is one huge finished room that has AC and heat with cable hookups. Back door leads out to backyard with seperate access to the outside world.

Neighborhood Description

Great Neighborhood, very old style townhome community, not row after row of townhouses. Neighborhood also has access to three beaches off lake Montclair, the main being Dolphin beach. Also have access to Southlake Recreational Center and right around the corner is Forest Park High School

    "It is a beautiful place if you like to live in the green. There is a lake in the community, and you can walk to Prince William Forest Park. There are also supermarkets within walking distance. For everything else, you need a vehicle, but you only need to drive up to 15 minutes to get to the place you need. An Omniride can take you, at peak times, to the Pentagon Metro Station in 40 minutes."
