Waterfront with floating dock. Elevated deck. Homely. 15 minute drive from Boston. Fully equipped WFH office with desk, monitor, rolling chair, treadmill, reading couch and a full bathroom. The office has large sliding glass doors that step onto the 10' x 25' elevated deck overlooking the water and small backyard. There are also new stairs leading down to a floating dock on the water. Kayaks. The kitchen is older and has retro appeal, fully functional and fully equipped, there is a door in the kitchen that opens out to the wraparound, elevated deck, as well as stairs down to the driveway. Living room has refinished hardwood floors, an L-shaped sectional fabric couch in the corner facing a 52" Sony TV with Bose sound system. Upstairs has two large bedrooms (one of them has a view to the water) and one very small bedroom. The upstairs bathroom is not updated but fully functional. There is a mudroom in the front of the house for shoes, coats, package delivery, etc. This house was built 1920. This house has many eclectic elements.
