This house shares the lot with another house at the end of main driveway, and a garage used by owners. Lovely seven acres of grounds and pond shared by all. Owners take care of mowing and plowing of main driveway. Looking for conscientious, communicative, clean, reliable tenant. We are local, responsible and responsive landlords.     "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
