About this House

This second floor apartment is located in one of the top areas in Lancaster City, right across from scenic Musser Park and nearby many of the cities' main attractions. This studio unit has been recently updated... hardwood floors, kitchen and bathroom, plus included washer/dryer use in the basement of the apartment complex. I am the owner and landlord so you deal directly with me, not a property management firm. We take great pride in taking care of the building, the individual apartments, and truly care about our tenants. We are also pet friendly for responsible pet owners.

Owner pays nearly everything...Heat, water, sewer, trash, and preventative pest control. Tenant only pays unit electric and any additional services (cable, internet, etc.)
