Our home is located on a quiet, beautiful street in Millcreek near stores, restaurants and the canyons.
Main Level: Newly refinished hardwood floors throughout the main level and fresh paint make this a cozy, comfortable space. 3 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom on the main with open living areas. Gas stove in the kitchen! There's a washer and dryer on the main level, a single-car garage and ample storage space throughout the house.

The two bedrooms and living areas downstairs have large windows that let in tons of light, creating bright airy spaces. Lots of storage.
This home has an amazing yard. The rear yard is lined by enormous trees that provide tons of shade in the summer. Has a large grassy area, garden beds, along with some raised gardens, and a shed.
Note: Black water is discharged from this home via a sewage sump pump. Most homes in this neighborhood were built without basements. When the basement was added to this house the pump was added get black water back out to the sewer main. For us this system has always been very reliable. Also, both the main and lower levels are currently occupied by tenants. If you're interested in this home as an investment property I know both parties would love to stick around.

Failed to teach him. Failed to have a classroom that safely promoted & compels learning. He was quite miserable on many days and I'm up in the night in deep concern. Can't sit with my child at lunch anymore. Simply making it the parents fault or his fault is unacceptable.
