We are a smoke-free complex located on Coburg Rd. conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, I-5 entrance, and schools. Our complex includes apartments that are one, two and three bedrooms both town home style and flats! The price for our 1 bedroom flat is $950 with an additional $35 for utilities which includes water, sewer and garbage. Our deposit amounts are $400, $800 and $1600 and will be based on the results of the screening.

You will appreciate the lovely amenities we offer, a seasonal heated pool, on-site manager and maintenance, beautifully landscaped grounds, half court asphalt basketball court, community room with a 55-inch TV and cable, and a 24-hour fitness room. All of our floor plans include air conditioning, patio/balcony, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a gas fireplace, we also provide an on-site laundry facility.

Bringing a furry friend? Wonderful! We are dog and cat friendly. We allow up to two pets in the apartment. There would be an additional pet deposit of $300 per pet, as well as a $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
