Welcome to the MCManor Retreat House in Panorama Village, a golf club city in the north end of Conroe, Texas! Especially furnished and decorated to make this escape intriguing and yet warm so you feel at home in your own sanctuary. Staying here feels like a vacation, largely due to the friendly neighbors.
We hope you really enjoy your time at the home and build enjoyable memories with your friends and family.

This amazing mid-century modern home painstakingly and lovingly furnished has a style that makes it unique. It's set inside of a golf course community and only 10 minutes From access to Lake Conroe for swimming, boating fishing and water sports. There are a number of dining options in town, surrounding areas, and even on the lake. This makes a great getaway for a vacation or a work retreat treat.
The home was designed by an unknown architect. The dining table and all 10 chairs are original to the house. They were built onsite by the commissioning owner in his wood shop in the back.
Onsite parking for RV and boat is available for additional fee.

The Panorama Golf Club is a 27 hole course that is very well maintained and is open to the public, but some days book up. There are plenty of golf carts to rent.

Rent includes utilities. Monthly rent is based on 3 months term or longer.
Qualifications include minimum credit score of 620, no evictions, no criminal history. Tenants total pretax income must be at least 3 times the rent.

    "a lot of dog owners let their dogs out with leash, but not all. many are good about leashing animals, so I would say close to 50%, and that is subjective to my block area. I would advise you only let out on leash. I have seen foxes and cayotes out at dawn / dusk. so it is a dangerous environment for leash less pets"

    "Some people drives a little faster. I was scared Is because I’m deaf. Swimming pool every summers I go. They knew, I’m deaf. I layer in the sun. The lifeguard didn’t tell me get out bez of thunderstorms. No more I go"

    "Great place to live and have fun. Many things to do and golf tournaments often finding their way to Panorama. Village is complete with City Hall, parks, Fire and Police Depts. We are a fully self contained city including water dept with 2 wells for just our city. Clubhouse with restaurant and bar along with cart rental, driving range, putting course, 27 hole golf course and swimming pool with pool house make up the great advantages of living in Panorama Village."

Rapidly expanding shopping and services areas surrounding the town, including several major shopping centers. Movie theater, large medical clinic/offices and outlet mall within two miles.
