This home was remodeled recently in November 2019, lots to list but here are a few… new interior paint, tub, tile, kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. House has all new double pane windows. It has character as it has tandem bedrooms, so this won’t work for everyone. Private front and large backyard- all gated. Stack washer/dryer in house. Utilities not included. New fresh exterior paint coming in a few weeks.

Pets are welcome subject to pet policy. Standard full background and credit check, good rental history and reliable income on all applicants.
