About this House

This 3 bedrooms, 2 Bath home was remodeled with a comtemporaty flair. It has 1160 sq. ft. on a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to schools and close to shopping and RV parking. The heart and sole of this home is the gourmet kitchen. Everything is new. The Ikea cabinets are great, if you get tired of the look, buy new faces at Ikea, bingo, new look. The drawers are self closing. There is a pull out pantry next to the refrigerator. Uba-tuba granite counters with a breakfast nook separate the kitchen from the dining room. The all new appliances include a stainless steel stove with glass top radiant burners. The 26 cu. Ft. refrigerator is the stainless look (no fingerprints) and has filtered water and ice in the door, and glass adjustable shelves. The dishwasher, also the stainless look, is energy star rated.The living room is good sized, its vaulted and features a floor to ceiling slate fireplace. There is a huge bay window with a sitting bench and storage underneath. The floors are Bordeaux cherry laminate and run through the dining room, kitchen and hallways. When doing laminate, the underlayment is very important, we used the best.The main bath is all new featuring 16x16 tile on the floor and the shower walls up to the ceiling. The dark chocolate vanity has a granite top, a nickel faucet and knobs. The bone colored toilet is a Wellington by Kohler. The shower fixture is the new anti-scald type.The master bath also has tile floors. It has an Ikea vanity with a porcelain top and a stainless faucet. The new large fiberglass shower has a bench and glass doors. The mirror has a built in make-up light.The master bedroom has a little hidden surprise. Tucked away behind café doors is a new energy-star front loader washer dryer. It is very quiet. All 3 bedrooms are carpeted with a "frieze" style carpet. All the doors have been replaced with 6 panel fiberglass. The locksets are upgraded nickel. All windows have been replaced with double pane, low E, argon, with spacers. This is the grade EWEB requires for their "Good Sense Homes", not the ones they sell at home depot.The lot is almost 7000 sq. ft. with a nice spot for RV parking Theres a fenced backyard with a separate fenced garden area. This house was remodeled as if I were going to live there myself. It should give the new owner's many years of carefree living.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
