It should be understood that a majority of low test scores stem from the high number of students from broken, impoverished family's, a result from the lack of development in the region; known for drugs and alcohol. It can be reasoned that these problems are less prevalent in local city schools. If a student is willing to take the advanced classes, extracurricular activities, and focus on success; the same things that apply to all schools, they will emerge well educated as well as prepared for life in the real world through college and beyond.
