This is a 3 bedroom 2 bedroom house with brand new floors, paint, and 3 large walk in closets with a small 1 car garage and plenty of driveway parking. This also has a fairly new pool with built in jacuzzi and large back yard with a gazebo and synthetic grass. A lot of love went into this home. It also has solar to reduce electric costs. New refrigerator and washer and dryer and dishwasher.
This is a unique situation as there is also a small 300 square foot casita that is completely separate from the house with a private patio.
