The large island offers plenty of counterspace and you'll have everything you need to make your own meals or enjoy some amazing local takeout. Choose to have your food in the cute dining area or at the barstools at the kitchen counter. It's completely open to the spacious living room so everyone can be together. It's the perfect spot to gather everyone on the cozy furniture and make plans for your activities. You will love the modern eclectic decor with bright pops of color throughout the living room.

Your whole family or group will have ample space to spread out in the 4 large bedrooms and you'll enjoy the best sleep ever in the luxurious bedding. They are all modern with high-end furniture and decorated with lovely wall art that helps promote a tranquil environment. And the bathrooms are no less! There are 2 stunning, hotel-quality bathrooms. Both have amazing finishes and upgrades that will make you feel indulged. It can be uncomfortable to use bathrooms that aren't your own, but you'll have no problem using these ones.

Outside, you'll have a lovely outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the lovely Texas weather. So, make your trip unforgettable and create life-long memories by booking a stay and making our home yours for a short while!

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

*A friendly reminder to our guest to please take precaution regarding the front driveway to our home. If you choose to park there, please note how steep the driveway is. Parking in the garage and in front of the house is also available.

* Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electric, $100 for water and gas) including internet.
* Parking available at the 2-car garage, driveway, or street.
* Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months.
* Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
* No parties or events allowed.
* Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
* Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.

    "If you don’t like walking your dog on a leash to you’ll fit right in around here. It’s not great because people like hauling it down side streets to avoid the constant construction that slows down the larger streets around here. But at least if your dog gets hit by a car it will probably die quickly thanks to the speed that people are driving. "

    "You will 70% step on poop. Living in an apartment complex, there are plenty of owners who will allow their dog to defecate, pee and throw up in elevators and stairs. Irresponsible owners and sometimes untamed/unsocialized dogs. I would beware of coyotes and keep an eye out for scraps left by homeless people near the transit. "
