Apartment is located in a small 6 unit building located at 1525 Church St NW. Perfectly situated between DuPont Circle and Logan Circle, the apartment is a block away from Whole Foods and 3.5 blocks from the DuPont Circle Metro station. The great restaurants on 14th street and Logan Circle are just 1.5 block away.

The apartment is technically a one bedroom plus den, but everyone who has rented it has used it as a two bedroom. The second bedroom/den is down stairs from the first floor apartment.

The apartment has hard wood floors throughout except for one bedroom which is newly carpeted. There is a dishwasher and an over the range microwave in the recently renovated kitchen. The kitchen has room for a small dining table and chairs. The living room has an exposed brick wall, high ceilings and a high efficiency hvac unit. The bathroom has just been completely renovated, there is a washer/dryer and the hardwood floors were just refinished.

Tenant pays electric and water.

Renter is responsible for electric and water. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.
