We're so excited to share our newly built guest house with you! Tucked along the edge of the historic Coronado neighborhood, this bright and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat was thoughtfully designed to feel both comfortable and special.

With high vaulted ceilings and large windows, the home is filled with beautiful natural light. Inside, you'll find a modern Southwest aesthetic that blends desert charm with the ease and functionality of contemporary living. Step outside to enjoy your own private patio and landscaped yard, a peaceful space to sip coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening.

The home features smart technology throughout, including smart locks, lights, and shades, all controllable by Alexa or remote. You'll also have your own private entrance and gated parking for up to two vehicles.
We're dog friendly (sorry, no cats). If you love dogs and choose not to use the optional yard fence, our sweet pitty would be thrilled to make a new friend!

The Bedrooms
Primary Suite:
 The primary bedroom features a cozy queen bed, vanity dresser, nightstand, sitting chair, and smart TV. There's a spacious walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, perfect for extra space and convenience.

Second Bedroom:
 The second bedroom offers a queen bed, desk, small dresser, nightstand, smart TV, and a roomy closet. It's ideal for guests, roommates, or a comfortable work-from-home setup.

The Neighborhood
We're conveniently located near several major hospitals, including Banner University, Phoenix Children's, and Saint Joseph's. It's just 10 minutes to ASU and downtown Phoenix, and only 7 minutes to the airport. You can even walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores.

Coronado is one of Phoenix's most beloved historic neighborhoods, known for its charm and strong sense of community. Throughout the year you'll find food truck gatherings, neighborhood festivals, and colorful murals woven throughout the area.

About Us
We're a couple in our mid-30s living next door in a charming 1948 brick home with our dog. He's an electrician, she's a remote consultant, and we both love to travel, explore the outdoors, and enjoy quiet evenings at home.

We're great hosts and genuinely want your stay to feel easy and stress-free. If you need anything, from extra furnishings to local recommendations, just let us know. Our goal is to create a clean, welcoming space where you can truly settle in and feel at home.

I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
