- Lease term is June 1st to May 31st. Furniture and belongings may be moved into the property from June 1st but occupancy is after June 15th so Management Company can perform additional repairs/updates/upgrades. Earlier occupancy is possible with the consent of the Management Company.
- Tenants will be required to maintain approved Rental Insurance
- Security Deposit (1 months rent) will be required at the time of signing rental agreement.
- Security Deposit can not be used for rent.
- Security Deposit will be used for any cleanup and repair cost at the end of the lease.
- Renters will receive a $1000 bonus on exiting that will be shared as cash or applied to any cleanup and repair costs, if the renters find new renters that sign a lease prior to May 15th of the year they end their contract.

"Glenville is on the come back. There many Old families here that have lived here for more than 50 years. Close to downtown and world renowned Teaching hospitals , museums and parks.lots of Restaurants many are in walking distance. New condos Appartmens and single family homes.Many well kept historical homes are affordable options. "

"All the stores are in walking distance. So whatever I need I can get all the time. There are buses to get you anywhere and everywhere over here. There are many churches. Very good small owned restaurants and a donut shop on 105"
