*NO smoking of ANY kind, or illegal substances allowed near or on the property.
*Late payment fee of 10% will be charged per state regulation. First late payment will receive a warning notice. Second late payment will be subject to an eviction notice.
*Basic fiber internet is included in rent, any upgrades to speed the difference in price will be paid by tenants.
