- There will NOT be access to the shed on the RV Pad or Cold Storage. This will be clearly stated in the lease.
* Security Deposit of $2000 (including $500 non-refundable fee). Tenants are also subject to replacing linens and bedding if provided as a deduction from their deposit or an additional fee should it exceed their deposit.
*Lease length from month-to-month. 30 day notice until the last day of the month to vacate will be required.
*Utilities paid by tenants, city utilities are required to be in landlord's name.
*All adults 18+ must be on the lease, even if a dependent. All adult 18+ that are not direct dependents of the primary signer are required to apply.
*First month's rent and deposit due at signing.
*NO smoking of ANY kind, or illegal substances allowed near or on the property.
*Late payment fee will be charged per day per state regulation after the 5th of every month. First late payment will receive a warning notice. Second late payment will be subject to an eviction notice.
*Tenants to maintain furniture and landscaping. Any damage to the property or furniture will result in loss of security deposit and may be subject to further charges. If you wish to bring furniture in addition to what we provide, that is accepted. Removal of our furniture is not permitted.
*Pets are permitted IF approved by landlord.
