This unit was remodeled in March of 2022. Has a fireplace inside. Is on the South side of the Duplex, which allows plenty of sunshine throughout the day.
Is off the Old Seward highway and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood.
South Side of town, close to shopping and grocery stores as well as great restaurants, vet hospital, exiting town or getting on a highway is just down the road.
Comes with a fenced-in backyard. Easily parks two vehicles in the front yard. Pets are welcome. The landlord pays for a once-a-week pet waste pickup.

The renter pays utilities for their unit.
Smoking inside the house is not allowed.
Two car parking.
Pets are allowed, and pet waste is recommended in the backyard as that is where the pet waste company will be picking up.
