Application Submission: No application fee. Applications provided at property viewing, available beginning 9/26/2024. Must view property before application will be accepted. Applications will be accepted beginning 9/26/2024 until 10 applications/application groups have been received or the property is rented. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. Completed applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the Landlord's screening and application requirements.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets total (dogs and/or cats) may be allowed. In-person screening required for each dog, but not cats. Additional security deposit of $400 and additional rent of $45/month for each approved pet.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities.

Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer hookups.

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care. Landscaped for easy maintenance.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping/no marijuana home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. We do not charge a screening fee.

Ideal candidate will provide 3 or more years positive, verifiable rental history, earn monthly income of 2-1/2 to 3 times the gross monthly rent, and have reasonably clean credit and criminal history. If co-applicants have shared housing for a year or more, they may combine income for purposes of meeting the income requirement; otherwise, each applicant must qualify individually.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 48 hours of being approved to rent.

Cats and dogs OK up to 2 animals total, dogs subject to in-person screening. $45 per month additional rent per animal, and $400 additional deposit per animal.

Renter responsible for yard maintenance and utilities.

No smoking, vaping, or cannabis.

Renters' insurance required except when tenants' combined household income falls at or below 50% of the median for the area.
