Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets total (dogs and/or cats) may be allowed. In-person screening required for each dog, but not cats. Additional security deposit of $400 and additional rent of $45/month for each approved pet.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer hookups.
Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care. Landscaped for easy maintenance.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping/no marijuana home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. We do not charge a screening fee.
Ideal candidate will provide 3 or more years positive, verifiable rental history, earn monthly income of 2-1/2 to 3 times the gross monthly rent, and have reasonably clean credit and criminal history. If co-applicants have shared housing for a year or more, they may combine income for purposes of meeting the income requirement; otherwise, each applicant must qualify individually.
Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 48 hours of being approved to rent.
