To apply for one of our properties: Everyone 18 and older must apply, pay the application fee of $40.00 and agree to a background / credit, reference, employment, and rental history check.
To be approved for one of our homes, our requirements are based on monthly income (must gross 3x the rental amount), owe no utility companies or other property management companies, based on an overall review of the credit, evictions, referral information and a background check.

You must include with your application:
past 3 months of bank statements
your 3 most recent pay stubs or statements of income
1 personal reference, 1 employment reference and 1 rental reference
a valid driver's license, social security card or state issued ID.

Smoking: Not permitted on any of our properties
Pet Policy:
-Cats allowed
-Non-dangerous dog breeds welcome

We allow cats and most dogs. There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $325 for the 1st Pet and $100 for one more additional pet (2 max) and a $25 per month recurring fee. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are allowed. We will be happy to provide you with a list of what we consider aggressive breeds to see if your dog is included on our list.
