Mill Creek Landing has professional and friendly on-site management and maintenance team for information and resources when you need them, always adding that extra touch with excellent service. For a great lifestyle in Hampton, out on the Chesapeake Bay, look no further than Mill Creek Landing. Our small but beautiful community is everything you want in your home: modern living, comfort, style, and convenience with an amazing view of the water. Ideally located off I-64, Mill Creek Landing in Hampton near the beach is truly a beautiful place to live and call home.

You will have lease term options from 3-18 months and each lease term is priced separately. Our application fees are $50 per person over the age of 18 and our application deposit is $250. There is an admin fee of $100 charged on the day of move in.

We offer one assigned parking spot per apartment home and there is ample guest parking for a second vehicle. Our community has 24-hour emergency maintenance services. We are sidled up to an inlet of the Chesapeake Bay and our views and location are pretty!
