Offering a second floor home with a pretty and unobstructed view of a little inlet off the Chesapeake Bay in Hampton, VA. This condo style apartment home boasts a very spacious kitchen with a wrap around breakfast bar and an open concept with a view out to the over sized balcony. Expect modern living in a relaxed setting because, that is what you will get! Two full bathrooms, walk in closets in both bedrooms with much more closet space throughout the home. We also offer connections for a full size washer/dryer as well. Don't even think about a laundry mat!

Resident is responsible for water, electric, and gas. One assigned parking spot per home. Large dogs accepted but there are aggressive breed restrictions in place so check with us for details. Lease terms vary from 3-18 months, all priced accordingly and prices are daily, very much market driven. We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance, fairly quick turn around on standard work orders, and always service with a smile!
