2 bedrooms, bath with tub, kitchen with all the kitchenware you'll need. TV, internet and Google TVs, wood-burning fireplace, dining room, washer and dryer. Extra space with futon sofa and TV. Wrap-around decks and fully fenced yards with firepit.

Small dog accepted with good references and deposit. Located on the west side of Pacific Hwy; you can walk the trail to the beach. There are clam guns and beach chairs to make your beach stay complete.

All utilities (except wood) are provided in the monthly rent. Rent will vary depending on the month. Must be rented for 30 days minimum. Monthly rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Pack a bag and head on down.
