Ocean Front Beach Cottage 2 bedroom 2 bathroom furnished apartment with white water views, 180 degree ocean and white water views with nothing between you and the ocean. Hear the waves while you sleep, feel the ocean breezes. Available for an 8 month lease (Oct.1-May 31, 2026). The single story cottage is quaint and decorated with a beach theme, it has a full kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, lots of cabinets and all kitchen items needed to cook your meals. Spacious dining room table with ocean views is on provided for when you eat or work from the table. The living room has a 70inch New smart tv, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub, and other bedroom has a double and twin bed with another bathroom with a shower. On the deck is a great sitting area under a gazebo with shade, where you can watch the waves break, see the surfers, spot the dolphins that swim by or even see a green flash during a sunset. Or enjoy a cup of coffee from the high table with a bird's eye view on the waves. Sunsets are beautiful in San Clemente, check out the photos from the deck of sunsets. There are two off street tandem parking places for this unit. A shared storage container for bikes, boards, etc is available . Access to the beach and beach trail is one house away via 109 stairs. Just bring your closes, food and enjoy a stay at the beach. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Great gigablast internet available if desired for $35 a month.

The lease is for 8 months from October 1 to May 31, 2026. Owners pay water, trash and sewer. Tenants pays for their own electricity. Gas is prorated, the property bill is divided by 1/5 and cottage pays 1/5 of the total bill. No smoking (cigarettes or weed) of any kind on the property inside or outside, No pets. There are a parking places off street for the cottage. Respectful of neighbors, no parties on the deck. A standard lease agreement will be provided to be signed by both the tenant and the landlord. Trash barrels taken out and brought in is tenants responsibility.

Del Mar is downtown full of great restaurants and unique shops. Music at ivy Lee's with new Orleans cuisine but start at the Cellars on del Mar for great wine, cheese and music. Beaches are well maintained, safe and there's even an historic pier. Great vibe and creative energy. A new Brazilian crepe place just opened up on del Mar. Amazing Brazilian coffee. Tapioca crepes are outstanding. San onofre with old mans surfing beach with firepits on the beach is a must for all. "
