Renter's Insurance is required. The tenant must provide a copy of the renter's Insurance, which states liability insurance of $180k, before receiving the keys.
We collect a security deposit, prorated rent (if applicable), first month's rent, and a pet deposit within two business days of executing the lease. The security deposit is one month's rent. The landlord will only accept cashier's checks or electronic payments.
The listing will remain active until the lease contract is signed and all deposits and rent have been collected.
Non-smokers only.
The owner will not accept Section 8 or any government vouchers.
One small pet is allowed, with no aggressive breeds, and a weight limit of up to 35 lbs. A $35 non-refundable pet deposit and a $ 25 monthly pet fee per pet apply.
All applicants must have a good credit score, a clean background, no evictions or bankruptcies in the past, and
The combined income must be 2.5 times the rent.
Once we have received your application, we will forward it to the landlord for review. If the landlord

The landlord will then review the credit & background reports and let us know if they want to proceed with the lease.
We will notify you and send you a copy of the lease for your tenant to review.
